In order to prevent the easy solidification at both ends of the packaging film and unsatisfactory sealing performance in the tube polyurethane filling industry, we specially designed a synchronous film feeding device for use during the clipping process. Volume metering and hydraulic extrusion are used in the filling process of our machines. Because the volume metering mode is not influenced by raw material density and other factors, it can ensure metering accuracy. Hydraulic extrusion avoids being affected by material viscosity and extrusion properties, thus guaranteeing filling speed and metering accuracy.
